From a technological standpoint, the winery represents the best available in winemaking today.
These patented technologies allow us to optimally protect the raw materials and their qualities, preserving 93% of the grape’s aromatic molecules in the bottle, which in traditional and conventional systems are lost and limited to 60-70%.
All our wines are certified organic for Europe, the United States, and Canada, and we were the first in the world to obtain organic certification for China in 2010. Our winery was one of four that represented Italy at Expo 2015, the only one of which was organic. A wine was created for Expo 2015: “Vinea Zuffa Expo 2015,” a wine that includes the main natural trace elements that nourish cellular mitochondria—a wine for human health.
We represented organic farming at the European Parliament in Brussels during the BiOrganicLifeStyle event in June 2016. We produce native, national, and international wines in vineyards with extraordinary vocational characteristics.
