Shipping and Payments

Shipments are insured and typically arrive within 2-3 business days in Italy and 3-6 business days in Europe. Shipping terms and rates are detailed below:

• Shipping cost of €15.00 in Italy, for 1 to 36 bottles.
• Shipping cost of €20.00 in Italy, for 37 to 60 bottles.
• Shipping cost of €30.00 in Italy, from 61 to 100 bottles.
• Shipping cost of €20.00 in European Union, for 1 to 36 bottles.
• Shipping cost of €35.00 in European Union, for 37 to 84 bottles.
• Shipping cost of €50.00 in European Union, from 85 bottles to 100 bottles.
• Shipping cost to the United Kingdom (UK), Swiss and islands is €7.00 per bottle.
• Shipping cost to the United States (USA) is €13.00 per bottle.
• Rest of the World: Shipping costs for all other countries will be quoted upon request via email..
• Shipping times: within 5 working days in Italy; within 10 working days in Europe (EU); within 18 working days for the United Kingdom (UK) and the United States (USA).
• Available payment methods: Bank transfer – Credit card.
• All delivery fees are subject to Italian VAT at 22%.

Damaged products

If you receive packages that are obviously damaged, please accept only the intact ones and return any damaged ones to the sender. We will return the damaged packages, replace them, and resend you the new ones. If damaged products are out of stock, we will contact you to offer replacements or, alternatively, we will refund your payment.

Right of withdrawal

Purchases from Cantine Zuffa are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206 of 2005, which guarantees you the right of withdrawal.

The exercise of this right is regulated as follows:

Returned products must be intact, preferably in their original packaging. Damaged or altered products will not be eligible for the right of withdrawal.
This right is reserved for natural persons; therefore, retailers are excluded.
To exercise this right, you must:

1. Send us an email within 14 days of receiving the goods, indicating:

  • Order number
  • Order date
  • The product(s) for which you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating the item code
  • Your bank details (IBAN), which we will use for the refund

1. Wait for our return authorization email
2. Within 15 days of receiving our return authorization email, ship the returned products, at your own expense, to the following address:

We will refund the returned products within 14 business days of receiving the goods. This refund does not include shipping costs, in accordance with Article 5 of Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22/05/1999.

In general, unless otherwise expressly stated, the provisions of law governing distance contracts apply. Any disputes are subject to Italian jurisdiction.

Applicable Law

The Parties agree that these contractual terms and any disputes regarding the interpretation and validity of this contract are subject to Italian law.

Jurisdiction

The Parties also undertake to submit any dispute or litigation, within the limits of applicable legislation, to the jurisdiction of the Court of Bologna.
