The Brut is a wine with body, characterized by refined and elegant notes of citrus, cedar, lemon
skin, white peach and hawthorn. It is also characterized by a good acidity and by freshness that
stimulates the mouthwatering, the deglutition and the gastrointestinal peristalsis, helping us to start
our meal in the best possible way. The perlage, due to the direct fermentation (which is one of
our patents), is absolutely refined but also persistent and intense. The direct fermentation
compared to the traditional method and the Charmat method makes it possible to maintain the
main perfumes of the grapes, besides the secondary fermentation bouquet.
The wine does not contain complex chemical products, responsible for the typical “headache” that
you can get the day after.
