History and curiosities: “Finitum” is the marriage of wood and steel, 80% steel and 20% wood, so that the tertiary aromas do not dominate the fruit. The alcohol content is medium-high, around 13.5%, to impart the warmth that only the ethereal quality of alcohol can provide. The enveloping and rounded character of the wood, combined with the depth and tannins of the steel, come together for the enjoyment of the drinker in a blend of aromas and flavors. A complete “Finitum” wine.

It contains no added sulfites and no complex chemicals, which are responsible for the typical “after-morning headache.”
